Jewelcrafting vendor

Hey there,

I saw you guys placed a new vendor at the mall, a jewelcrafting (Designs) Vendor. I looked at all of the designs, and I saw that we need some reputation for that. I was like: 'Is it normal that you want to buy something at a private server, and that you need reputation for it?'. Please, remove the reputation thing, it will make the server abit better;)
