GM help im ban and i dont know why i dont paly whit hacks and bugs???

when was the wast update my warlord tokens gone and now the wast night i fall down and i get ban i dont know how happen that and i dont know why i dont want my warlord tokens i just want to unban me???i dont play whit hacks and bugs i hate tham i just want my war back.He's name is Gorgutz.The acc name is DICE.i play 2 months to make my char and now ban whit no reason.If some one help very tnx i hope we will meet agein in the game.
