Trying to get a hold of a Lucianim or any GM

Hi ive been trying to get a hold of "Lucianim" since he was the one who helped me with my other "Custom Donation Items".

But rightnow any GM will do.

Since i bought two new "Custom Donation Tokens" about 3 weeks ago, and i still havnt gotten any help with them.

Even if i have wrote PM here on the site to admin, made tickets in game "which doesnt seem to work or the GM just dont care enough to answer them".
