My account is gone

My account is gone, i had a lvl 200 warrior. I played alot and then i quited for like a month and then i tried to connect again to play a little bit and then it stand thay my account has been canceled and banned !!!!! I thought my character was named Zizzo, iam not sure, or was it Ulla, i had 2 characters but only one was lvl 200 and the other one was like 100....something, well i want it back so if u see this just mail me at Antonsallad@msn.com for a answer, Thank u !
